Compensation:
Manages design and administration of all compensation programs including base, commission, bonus, equity and non-qualified deferred compensation plans.

Benefits:
Manages the design, administration and vendors for all health and welfare benefits, a defined contribution plan and health management strategy.

Payroll:
Ensures timely, accurate payroll processing for US, expatriate and international employees.

HRIS:
Manages HRIS vendors and HR technology suite to ensure HR technology fully supports HR and business goals.

Requirements:
10+ years experience managing benefit plans and/or base compensation and incentive compensation programs with experience in executive compensation a plus; strong working knowledge of key compensation and benefits regulations including 409A, 162m, 401k, FLSA, ERISA, COBRA

· 5+ Years managing compensation and benefits, payroll and HR technology for a public corporation.

· 5+ years of people management experience

· Demonstrated experience in design, implementation and communication of competitive benefits and compensation plans that drive results in a high performance environment

· Demonstrated success managing RFPs, vendors and vendor implementations for an organization with more than 500 employees

· Demonstrated success in implementing multiple HR technology platforms
